Each name is a sound, unique vibration that gives us our individuality, the way we speak to people, and what’s more important the way we feel about ourselves and our life. John is more cooperative than Larry, Jessica is more creative than Dorothy. Jerry is more settle and grounded than Frank. By the way we name our children you can understand the top priorities of our society and tendencies of our social life.
Recently, I have collected the data with first, last names and relevant frequencies of their usage in US, and decided to put together some simple algorithm to calculate the popularity of numbers 0-9, including master number 11, 22 and 33 used in names. Of course, it will be more interesting to see the actual numbers using full names, but using the basic data is still pretty good educated guess.
It’s interesting, that the most popular number appears to be the number Two – the number of cooperation. Master numbers 22 and 33 took their second and third places, demonstrating desire to lead and stay on top of things. The Number of Law and Order – the Number Six appears to be very influential - rated number Four (4).
Spirituality (Number 7) is apparently not so popular. And I guess people are less open to changes: the Number Five holds the last place in the “competition”.
