Joan Lin Feng-jiao is a retired Taiwanese actress and the wife of martial arts film superstar Jackie Chan.
She dropped out of school at age 12 due to her family's poverty. In 1972, at age 19, she starred in her first film, a kung fu film. Many of her films are based on the novels of Chiung Yao.
In 1979, she won Best Actress in the 16th Golden Horse Awards. Lin has made over 70 films during her 10-year career.
